I think Poland is rated fairly enough, but I think Sweden should be ranked worse than Poland. I have no problem with Sweden of course, but historically I think they’ve been pretty brutal. There is of course the Viking age which can be held against Denmark and Norway as well, but I also think of the destruction caused by the Swedes during during the Deluge, which was potentially more devastating than even WWII. The Swedes through their looting turned Poland into a “cultural desert" Something like 40% of the Polish population was lost during the Deluge.
