Ardrossan business BPO Collections sees benefits of hiring local young person via Kickstart Scheme

BPO Collections in Ardrossan hired Jaymie-Leigh last year - a decision that has resulted in great outcomes for both the employer and employee! The recruitment was made possible through Kickstart funding, which the Working North Ayrshire team supported the company to access.

Over the past year, our team has successfully worked with employers across North Ayrshire to create job opportunities for almost 300 young people aged 16-24, supported by the UK Government's Kickstart Scheme and the Scottish Government's Young Person’s Guarantee Fund.

Through these schemes, employers are supported to develop a skilled and experienced future workforce. Unemployed young people have a chance to kickstart their careers and develop skills for future employment.
