I like this video a lot more than the "vlog style" videos. These are precise and concise and to the point. No need for 25min+ video for this info.

Belt Squat if your quads are weak. max aita teaches. perfectly agree. it added 50 lbs to my squat in a meso-cycle

Please, more videos like this: concise, informative, and relevant to almost all of your fan base. I could just scrub through the video and find what I needed to hear or listen all the way through if I wanted which is helpful if I'm on the move. Please do another for other strength lifts.

Great info mike. Can you do a video one for Deads and bench? Your top three accessories that will help out the most on the main lifts. For Deads I slow down a lot passed my knees for bench it is lock out and elbows flare out to quick. Thanks - Soto
