Hope you answer my question. I just spoke to the loan office and general attorney. Submitted my ID and home owner insurance. They said everything is good to go and will get back to me. Will they do another credit check before approving me for my loan increase?

I ask because I just pulled out a car loan not long ago. And it lowers my credit
