Very brief video on how to keep your fuel pump from vapor locking. Just an old hot-rodders trick.

The "return line" back to the pump running under the engine seems to work pretty well (AMC did this the last few years). But then it doesn't get all that hot here so I dunno.

Got a 1968 Corvette with the 327 thats having a fuel supply issue. Got a clear fuel filter on it so we could monitor the fuel supply into the carb. After about a 5 or 8 minute stop and go driving we check the fuel filter and the fuel is barely dribbling into the fuel filter its spurts just enough fuel to keep the car running and thats it. My guess is the fuel line that runs in front of the engine is boiling fuel and possibly the fuel pump itself is vapor locking when it gets hot.

Love to hear your input.
