Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) in GCP - Moiśes Martínez - #DevFest2020 Italia

Machine Learning (ML) models have become very popular in recent years due to the capabilities they offer by adding to our applications with seemingly intelligent behaviors and predictive analytics systems. Everyone talks about prediction models, learning models, neuron networks and Deep Learning. But the big question is how we can automate the learning/building and deployment processes.
In this talk, I will explain what Machine Learning is and which are the different families of algorithms that exist to build our ML models. I will also describe How the life cycle of the ML models work in order to understand how this process can be automated and monitored. The need for automation will lead me to explain what Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) is and how we can deploy them into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by means of Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Pipelines, Jupyter Notebooks and Hub AI.
