Power BI should put this function on auto mode, because its like you are starting up again. Its a matter of scaling the desktop view to mobile view only and I do not think its complicated.

You guys are great! I had to learn power bi for my new job and it was all self taught with Guy in a Cube being my go to channel. I just do the visual design, my analysis team does all the work with the data, then I make it sparkle.

Loving the new mobile features. The only thing it's missing is ability to edit the background of the mobile. I use an image on my desktop reports that I would love to carry over to mobile. Or at least have the option to just edit the background color on the mobile without it effecting desktop report. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?

nice update!, back in the day I used to play around on mobile report literally have to do it manually, now I rarely touch the mobile layout but still an awesome addition to Power BI

Thanks for the update ! Tho since the update it seems like there is a bug in the mobile view concerning the interaction betwern slicers, for example i have some slicers that I turned their interactions in desktop view but it seems like in mobile view the interaction is back on and there's no way to turn it off. Do you have any info on that ? Thank you !

I have a question that in the desktop view, there is a matrix with 5 columns. When switching to mobile layout, I reduce to the smallest size of 8 but the matrix doesnt fit the mobile layout. Do you have any suggestion to deal with that issue?

Except text boxes 🤦‍♂️ I love using smart narratives and textbox dynamic values wherever possible.

Can't even left, centre, right align in mobile.

Such a massive let down.

Edit: the ability to resize table column widths in mobile is needed as well.

Thanks for the nice video!! Can we change height of page in mobile view? I have too many visuals on my page and users want them all without any scrollbar. This is only possible if I can increase the height of the page.

Yeah, this is super cool, separate formatting is such a game-changer for mobile view as it tips it from something that might work well enough sometimes to something that can work for everything.

I really like mobile view as a concept, I love the scroll because it gives you an endless page and if you treat it that way you can setup your simple view to fill the screen, then scroll for more detail, scroll for more detail, scroll scroll scroll. And if you don't want the detail, don't scroll and it's all cool.

I love that I can build a complex financial analysis to keep my life on track, then quickly build it out into a mobile view and stick it on my wife's phone with a shortcut button and she just gets this beautiful scroll of information on demand.
