The SA-2 Dialog Processor is based on hardware originally conceived by Academy Award winning re-recording mixer Mike Minkler and used on over 100 major motion pictures. The SA-2 is designed to improve the overall sound of recorded speech. But the SA-2 is not just for dialog. It's equally useful for vocals, and is a great tool for adjusting the timbre of any track, a reliable de-esser, and a fine multi-frequency compressor, in our completely biased opinion.

Just updated my SA-2 version 6 to this version, 7! I probably use this one on just about every mix; it really impresses me sometimes! McDSP are having a sale today.

If i update my Ver 6... Will 7 load up where V6 in instanced as I know I have to give up my 6 assets .
Ive a lot of ongoing projects... new and old... Different OS's .. I don't want to be "required" to repurchase if this is the situation.
SSL has new updates, where the assets you hand back, however, the new ilk authorisation still allow instancing of previous versions...  
SSL can, can you ? To much to ask ?
