With these photo tracking apps you gotta do the rotator rest. Take the same food, turn it around and shoot ata different background/light and see if the results are different.
The point isn't finding a way to trick the app, the point isnto see if such trivial outside elements affect the results, because then you can't even be sure if the original ones are right without double checking everything.

Season with salt at least an hour before you season and sear it. This let's the moisture come out and then evaporate. Baking soda plus velveting is how Asian noodle places make low quality beef tender in stir-fry. Why bother with bites, cheep beef Wellington is just beef Wellington but with ham and girrello not fillet. These tips would still be useful there
