Lol nice visual but yep... don't bother narrating. By the title, lol, it's like they were wanting to know too. I've worked with these machines for a short time and basically how it works is by forcing a wave of the molten solder to wash across the downward facing side of the board. It hits the solder pads where the parts are already placed, and touches them as the wave passes along the surface. Where I worked, we stenciled a solder paste over the board, matching the positions of all the tiny pads. It was my understanding that this gave each pad a tiny bit of solder and flux for the wave in the wave soldering machine to hit, without which most of the joints would surely fail. We were a small-order (less than 100 units per client) fabrication shop, with setups to do manual SMT and through hole parts placement, soldering and testing, as well as full on automated SMT parts placement and wave soldering. It was a really interesting job with *very* troubled management, lol.

Do you think it's safe to PCB without using pallets?

Useless. No explanations. If you don't already know what wave soldering is then this video won't even tell you that, never mind how it works.
