you can try to time the market but its not worth the effort and you mostly fail anyways. just buy what you can in tech and dont worry about it long term. the world is going digital and it is only beginning. its ridicolous to think that the world detaches from technology and who can satisfy the global need? small tech companies? laughable. its the big ones that get the big share and this wont change.

Beware those who tell you to buy something no matter the conditions. It's an indication they're not giving advice, they are giving a sales pitch. Real Estate agents told Americans that it's a great time to buy even as the recession was in full swing. A car salesman will always tell you it's the best time in your life to upgrade to a nicer car.
