Context ( from a comment I read) -" It was not a rape case... Actually, the case is of kaithal where a husband wanted to separate from his wife citing she is not physically fit to give birth to his child... The police cop took both the husband and wife to the hospital and got the wife tested 3 times whether we was fit or not but didn't check her husband even once whether he himself was fit enough.. Being a lady herself, this enraged the deptt. director about how a person can unilaterally wish to leave whole responsibility of his wife and seek separation from her on baseless grounds.... It's a sad truth of our society that it's difficult for a divorced women and that too a woman who has been divorced on the grounds of being physically unfit to remarry to another person... The life of that wife be become like hell... In that time, the police cop is still conducting test on test of the wife but didn't get the husband tested even once... Why?? This was the main reason why the director got enraged.. I agree she should have not yelled at the police cop like that, may be she got too emotional..."

Seems like a rape case 3 times the victim/girl was checked but the boy was not even once.
