The most important part is to always save your Q to deny enemy from getting cannon minion. Think that Teemo players need to know that when you get an early lead the worst you can do is just start pushing. Best to freeze the lane and poke enemy down whenever they walk up to hope for cs. Do this a couple of times to get 'em low hp and you can zone them out of xp range by walking up yourself. Stay there, get lvl lead. When you hit 6 you can start pushing and control the top lane.

Dude people hate him because it’s just small shit like that. Most champs top have a way to easily close the distance and keep on him with kiting and mobility. Teemo has no mobility and loses his speed buff upon getting hit. He has no hard vc but a slow and sure damage is good but other champs have sustain to help negate that as well. Honestly with all my time playing teemo the reason he exists is to counters adcs. If you see a Quinn vayne or even kaisa or aphelios top (yes I’ve seen those) he’s an easy win because he exists to counter other ranged tops. I normally have to utilize my passive perfectly and rely on enemy stupidity in melee match ups. Teemo passive is very underrated

I started playing him cause I thought he was cute, his laugh is also adorable. I had no idea everyone hated him, my teamates included I get bashed everywhere even if i'm the carry 😂

The real sad thing is that Teemo is left in the dust compared to other champion.

Yes, he has a blind that nullifies AA and anything that touches it, yes, his mushrooms deals deals a decent chunk of damage and slow, but considering the current state of the game, he doesn't have a reliable way to disengage fights when the enemy decides to jump on you, ESPECIALLY if it's a skill.

To add salt to the wound, Teemo have a deceivingly smaller range for his AA than other champion, leaving him in in a bigger disadventage than one would think. (To be honest, it van somewhat be mitigated with his Q, this having a longer range than his AA, but still.)
