I love this mantra so much . You can save and have so much more energy just by chanting this with concentration because it will eventually bypass all the energetic projections of mean, angry people that make you feel weak worthless and tired . 🙏🙏🙏 much respect to the kundalini yoga and sikh tradition. I needed this so much . It restores an energy in me that I thought was lost forever in the sea of human misery.
