I spent the day in Grenoble, France, which is a beautiful city in the Alps, surrounded by mountains and two rivers. If you visit France, you should definitely visit Grenoble!

Those three towers (aka Grenoble skyscrapers built especially for the 1968 Olympics) are quite good to live in. The apartments there are very comfortable. The view from the furthest tower from the mountains is gorgeous - forest and parks.

Right at 3:28 in the middle of the screen there is another fortress even higher. The view is even more insane from there. Its so high and far away that is almost impossible to see it from the center.

thanks for sharing....i used to live in the apartments connected to the Park Hotel with a view of the 3 towers...walked and ski all those mountains near there...i miss it

The graffitti is a huge problem for Grenoble and the most disgusting thing is that the current mayor doesn't just do anything about it, but even encourages it by a total laissez-faire attitude even considering it some kind of street-art. Grenoble is unfortunately the graffitti capital of France and this "streetart" really maims the cityscape.
