I helped a buddy hang speakers and run wire for his home theater decades ago. Both of us bald and soaked in sweat climbed down to looks of horror from our other friends. We had both stuck our beans with a few roofing nails while we were up there and blood & sweat mixed to cover our heads, faces and shirts red. This hat would have robbed us of that experience 😂

I wish I had this when I installed home appliances. I would finish hooking up a gas dryer. Most homes have cabinets above the washer/dryer. I would stand up into those traps

Literally happened to me in my own attic 3 day ago.

Was working in a warehouse where I walked around with a cap on. Out of nowhere a pallet was sticking out further than usual at second level. Did not see it due to my cap shade, but felt it. Got a deep scratch on top of my head, and was bleeding through my cap.

It was my own mistake to wear a cap in a warehouse. But would have avoided it with this cap.

As a commercial fisherman on a purse seiner, I wear hats with a bump cap in them by Ergodyne. Though being on a seiner you never want a mesh hat because you'll get soaked, and get jellyfish in your hair. May want to make an alternative hat for different applications.
