In my opinion Shin wins low diff due to the fact that he can shoot his tail beam fast enough to chop minus one in half before he shoots his beam, but in melee this is accurate because Shin can't fight melee

Durability, experience, potential, reflexes, physical strength, battle iq, endurance, stamina, range, knowledge, and defense should go to shin.

Why durability? Minus one was hurt by a ww2 level bomb. Shin took every weapon japan had, including heli missiles, air strikes, etc..

Experience also goes to shin, Minus one is just there causing chaos and you only get to see him in action, getting hurt so fee times. Shin is constantly going through pain, his flesh constantly ripping and multiplying.

Potential goes to shin obviously because he has the potential to become a literal unstoppable god where not even nukes can stop him.

Reflexes go to shin. Why is this even something to give to minus one? The man has trouble biting a small plane. While shin takes out multiple missiles and planes without missing.

Physical strength can also go to shin, based on feats. In his first form he was able to flood rivers and blocks, in his second form he could toss countless cars and make buildings collapse, in his third he makes a train go flying with his tail, and in his fourth he crushes houses just by walking, and causes a city wide power outage just by walking. He also walks through buildings without having to try. The best we see minus do physically is take a chunk of road out with his foot and knock over a small building with his tail.

Battle iq for shin because he knows when he's in danger and knows how to react, minus one stands there doing nothing and gets distracted easily, he also wastes his energy on ships and other stuff.

Endurance to shin because despite him being in constant agony, he still defends himself pretty well.

Stamina for shin as well because minus one has to wait a long time to be able to use his atomic breath, the same can be said for shin but he is able to use way more of his breath than minus one can.

Range for shin Godzilla because as shown in the last fight in the film, he can hit missiles that are way far above him, and can even hit multiple targets at once.

Knowledge for shin because he at least can figure out what is dangerous and what isn't, and also knows when to use his breath and not just randomly.

Defense because of durability, and he can defend himself pretty well from missiles a d targets as well.
