Danny and Luke have an interesting dynamic.

Luke looks like the mature professional but is a bit more loose.

Danny looks young and not very professional looking due to his youthful look, but is very calm and always keenly aware of the professionalism that he must project. (Even more so because of youthful look)

I never understood the "Danny doesn't add anything" comments. I like his takes.

Exactly, refs in MMA do not want to become a deciding factor. They need to get over it and enforce rules...and take points if needed, so the rules are an actual deterrent.

When you can front flip smoothy on the ball of you feet, you have more than just "gym strength". Sage was already explosive with compound movements.

They should change the scoring, so that a penalty for an eye poke isn’t the same magnitude of score change as losing a round. It’s crazy that poking an eye is one point, the same as losing a round. They should either make a round loss -2 points, or make an eye poke -0.5 points
