msi dragon center waiting for sdk initialize

THIRD. I restarted msi service at "Services"

i cant find my MSICentralService in my Services,

I can't find the msi Central service in the services tab...there are only 3 options..1. msi foundation service..2. msi companion service & 3. Mystic

The msi Central service option is located in the program files (86) under msi folder and in that if I run it my muself then only I'm able to use the dragon centre...if I close the msi Central service, dragon centre is still on but it is not functional...
