How do you get 2 rows of skills on your screen ?? I only have 1 slot visible and I have to toggle left and right to get the slot # 2

i think Abras are bug in Skill dmg i think Skill dmg reduce is my priorer I have a Legend weapon +9 skill get killed by Burst dmg, i dont know they're cheatting or they're really strong Even Gap 10k
