When I was brought up as a tiny lad, the Profumo Affair was a disgrace. In the Johnson Administration it would have been a proud addition to a ministerial C.V.

Having a roof over your head in the UK is considered a premium, luxurious privilege. To me, this encapsulates the Conservative attitude towards the general public: the strong and wealthy thrive, while the rest must compete for a caravan.

What Mr Pickles didnt say was the Public will remember what the Tories have done for a very long time.

You know you're in a bad way when Mr Pickles is wheeled out to give his advise on how a tory can do better. 😂

Broad church with no religion. They're finished. Done for. The Tories have stood for nothing since November 1990.

Pickles, who supported the Rwanda policy without reading it, thinking it meant successful claimants would be able to return to the UK. 😅
Example of the Tory incompetence that has destroyed them.

For a lot of conservative MPs Politics is a HOBBY.😢

The idea that Mr Pickles is a "lord" is laughable. He is barely qualified to be a greengrocer

Jenrick was on Kuenssburg this morning and one of the first things he said was, ‘the Conservative Party is a broad church.’ I immediately said back to the telly, ‘er….no. No it isn’t. That’s the problem.’

Piggy Pickles - so arrogant he complained he was being detained too long while giving evidence at the Grenfell enquiry.

What are the good things they did that Labour will dismantle? Is someone or their mates about to lose some lucrative contracts.

As an American, I regret that we will never have a figure named Lord Pickles

Doesn't look like 'Lord' Pickles has much need of the food banks over the few years.

All the infrastructure projects they ignored & neglected. Crumbling hospitals & schools. Public Service incomes (except their own, obvs). They were just in it for themselves & their chums, eg. The handing out of PPI contracts whilst neglecting the deaths in elderly Nursing homes.

See what14 straight years of Thatcher style economics can do for a country. I cannot even imagine how you fix this mess.

I’m not surprised that things could get worse

I don’t know what ‘good things’ have to be dismantled. What is he on about.

The voters won't decide if the Tories are finished. Their donors will make this decision for them.
