Andy could have done it because he's new, Funkhauser definitely didn't do it but may know who did, Jeff could have done it because he's stupid.
And Larry could have done it because he's Larry.

Fun Fact: The actor who plays "Mr Takahashi" played the role of Dana in The Car Salesman episode where Larry David was selling cars. Dana asked Larry about the differences between the "GT" and "GTS" to which Larry responds, "The GTS is guaranteed tremendous safety." Confused, Dana responds "So without the 'S' it's just 'Guaranteed Tremendous'?"

This is one of the best episodes of Curb. It has everything a fan could want. It’s Larry at his best, cousin Andy, Mr. Takahashi, Funkhouser, well done onions.
