The best tutorial I've seen so far. Comparing Workspaces to a filing cabinet is the type of learning mechanism I need to make sense of content.

Thank you for explaining the hierarchy here. One comment about the tutorial style - the constant zooming in and out and jump cuts to different areas within the site is harder to follow. This editing style works better for promotional videos rather than how-to content. Would recommend zooming in/out only for emphasis or to help see smaller areas, but keeping visibility on where it's zooming in/out from. Would also recommend showing how to navigate to different areas from some sort of baseline rather than just jumping to dashboard or workdocs - having a hard time finding how to get to those.

I don't understand why every item on the board has to have the same columns though, if I'm trying to get images from a coworker I'd like to have a file column but if I just need text a text column is fine. If you have to have the same columns on every item it gets very cluttered

How do you create your own workspace that the whole company can't see? You know, like personal items? Why can't I find this anywhere in any of the tutorials? It's like getting a drink out of a fire hydrant.
