The tiles ( backsplash )should be calming when you are busy with ingredients and cooking, especially with that huge kitchen, but this tiles promote stress. The patio is nice and clean.

the shower tiles and backsplash was too loud, the countertop wasn't appeasing and tarek was right, the kitchen is a bit too big, but the fireplace was amazing and painting the patio cover was an excellent idea!

My reaction to the first tile backsplash: "Oooh! That's beautiful!"😃 My reaction to the back patio cover: "That's cheap looking." Still, a beautiful job on what was once a disgusting house.

What a lovely home. I love the fireplace. Two small nits: so much unused space between the compact furnished area in the living room and the stairs; and the old-school curlicue supports for the back patio.

The design is very nice and I really like the kitchen backsplash. But a lot of cut corners on a $910, 000 house. The upstairs shower tile is so uneven it trips my OCD just getting a glimpse of it. They also didn't patch the cracks in the driveway, which I think should have been a must. The patio cover doesn't look like a monstrosity anymore, but if you're asking top dollar, they should have done better.

Tarek genius in finding the places for renovations and in negotiating prices, as well as in having almost always the great vision of the exact gain the property will bring after the renovation. Christina, the best taste, very intuitive and as well with the great eye for beauty and business success, too bad, truly too bad that this two people are separating even business work, what a shame. However, thanks for the great show and hope you both will be successful and happy for the rest of your lives. Will be missing your great show.

I love the finishes in this house. The backsplash is gorgeous!!! Love the touch of blue. I personally would not want a gate to the park. It’s a safety concern for me.

I love every home these 2 do together .They never cheap out and they always fix whatever is wrong with the home and ofcourse love their design .I think it's cool that they can work together even though they r divorced, that'samazing to me .It shows strength of character, family is the most important thing .
