The Western Blind Rehabilitation Center of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System hosted its 16th Annual White Cane Day celebration on October 15, 2020. White Cane Day is a nationally recognized annual event that celebrates the achievements of individuals who are blind or visually impaired, and their use of the white cane as a tool of independence.
