Don't really understand what repeating groups are. You mentioned that repeating groups refers to the fields that appeared multiple times in a single record, which is Team Name, Local, and NoOfPlayer in your example. But these are fields that have different names, why you say these fields appeared in a single record for many times ?

1NF, Repeating groups, 2NF requires more explanation as the explanation you gave is quite vague.
