Everyone going on about Groudon being in water attack range not noticing that that is NOT a downpour meaning that Drought is the entry ability that won, which means yes Groudon is in WEAKENED water attack range...but Kyogre is also in no charge turn solar beam range so its not nearly as uneven as it may seem
