The people saying Joan Jett would've done It better do u not realize Suzi came before Joan and, "Suzi was her hero" In her own words that's what joan said. The haircut the jacket, It was Inspired by her. Joan found her own sounds. She was even playing Suzi songs at her runaways audition with Sandy West (the drummer). Stop throwing shade ppl lol.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for Suzi not to be in The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I live only 30+ miles from there and will continue to boycott them until Suzi Quatro is inducted. A lot of artists that have already gotten their place in the Hall cite her as a major influence on their lives, not only for her music and lyrics, but for her style and stage presence. She rightly deserves a spot in the "ROCK and ROLL" Hall of Fame.
The emphasis is added because in recent years, way too often performers are inducted who have NOTHING to do with advancing rock and roll music. This awesome Lady doesn't deserve being snubbed by the people (supposedly) speaking for the fans of the art form.

My father met her in the mid 90's (she was doing some recording near where he worked). According to him, she is a very sweet and friendly lady. I saw her live in 2011, it was the very definition of rock n' roll that night.

I wonder how many Americans who knew her as Leather Tuscadero on the sitcom Happy days, had ever heard this song, or her many other hits. Or indeed even knew she was an actual rock star. She was one of my first crushes as a 14 year old in 1973/4 . An absolutely magical era to have grown up in. I feel sorry for today's youngsters.They really missed the boat !

Suzi' first 2 albums are simly incredible, smashing mindblowing.In 1974 I was 12.and listening them around the clock-and NEVER was bored.Now l' m 57.Those were the days!
