You have to apply it to a damp face or face that has some moisturizer. If one puts it straight on the face without that then it will make it itchy

I actually put aquaphor on my face every night. Just a tiny pea size is enough for the whole face after using my serums, face oil, moisturizer and sleeping pack. It is to lock the moisture on my skin.

This is not going to give you optimal results if you have oily skin. Remove your make-up before applying Vaseline. This is something people have been going since Vaseline has been invented.

I don’t think it’s meant to be for ALL skin types! This would be better for dry, chapped skin. People with oily skin would wake up greasy.. and please don’t overdo it.. just a dab on certain points of the face is perfect. Slathering it on the entire face is not a good idea.

It is a Gel. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly. It is Neither slimy nor snotty. We South Africans have used it since the beginning of its existence. Don't talk rubbish. All you do is wipe the excess off with tissue.
