I got this type of luck once in my carrier, it felt awesome got the same electro dmg% on set, ended up with 32% cd

Atk scales higher for her. She converts ER to electro dmg so more electro dmg gives diminishing returns. You want ER sands, atk cup, circlet c.rate/c.dmg depending on your stats. Only time electro cup is used on her is if your er is at 300+ but that’s a r5 engulfing and at least c3 raiden

pretty good but i still prefer atk goblet beacause although it does 0-1% less dmg when buffed with Bennett and sara, it gives more skill dmg +it's easier to farm for than electro goblet.(mine is currently 9.7 and 29.7)

Imo in a scale of 10 i will give this piece a 6.5 for dps unit
Atleast crit dmg should climb above 12% to be considered a worthy dps artifact
I m a day 1 player btw so ya sry if my standards sound too high but in the long run u will realise
