You've gotten me started on film and I am shooting Kentmere 100 black and white on a Canon 850 that I refurbished myself. Many thanks for getting me remotivated.

Love your shots, especially the truck and autumn leaves 🍁 Always fun to see different 120 films ‘cause maybe I should switch out my beloved Kodak Gold once and a while?! Hehe

I love the color. Sort of trends toward pastel coloring just a bit.

According to the FPP Podcast from back when they introduced the film, it's actually manufactured by Svema in Ukraine. It does indeed remind me of Aerocolor. I really like it and have shot both 35 and 120. Soon I will shoot the 620 in my Kodak soon as I get off my ass! LOL

it's cool to see the different films that you used during holga week. i like seeing the same photos on different stocks. i always wonder about taking the 'same' photo, are they different? are they the same? just an interesting philosophical question :)

Nice shots! The film look perhaps a little to warm (red tint) but it could also be the scanning. Your Rolleiflex pictures look really good. The higher resolution and the old German quality lens makes some very beautiful images.

Too much of a red cast for me to use the film

Wow, we have to visit New Hampshire in autumn!

What’s your scanning/interpreting method? I’m curious if this is a phoenix kind of situation where it would benefit a lot from manual conversion.

LOVE THE COLOR OF YOUR PHOTOS, THE PHONIX ROLL CAN BE SAVED BY PLACING IT IN A DART BAG AND TRANSFERRING IT BACK TO A CLEAN SPOOL, NEXT TIME!

I have two rolls of the 35mm in the fridge -- but now I have to order some of the 120 (I'll see if they have it rerolled onto 620 for my Argus and Duaflex cameras!) -- definitely a little on the red/magenta side, but a nice 'fall' color film!

Ill have to give it a shot sometime, lolks like it would be nice with the right circumstances like fall colors. (or the Catlabs version assuming its the same)

Definitely has a bias to the red. Do you scan your own film? If not, I've heard that commercial scanners can be a bit fooled by this film, and tend to shift colors towards reds. Much like Harman's Phoenix, scanning has a lot to do with the look one gets. Anyways a good film for fall foliage!
