Candy Bianca. How to Connect Your Device

Hi, and welcome to this instructional video brought to  you by Candy. 
Here, we are going to go through how to enroll your  Bianca machine with the Simply-Fi app. 
Bianca is different from other models as it uses Bluetooth  for its enrollment. 

Start by opening your Candy Smart-Fi app. 
Once open press the plus symbol to Add an appliance and  look for Washer, press it once and then confirm. 
Input your appliance purchase date. 
You are now required to insert your appliances serial  number. With Bianca you can use a quick QR code option  for this. 

To do this press ‘Use QR Code’ then ‘Scan QR Code’. 
Position the scanner over the QR Code to scan and the  appliances serial number will automatically fill out. 
Alternatively, you can simply enter in your serial number  manually.
Once filled, press the arrow button in the top right to  proceed.

The app will inform you of the product details to confirm  everything is as it should be. 
Press the arrows once more and the app will tell you that  the appliance has been recognised. 
Press the arrow once again and it is time to connect to  Bluetooth.
If your Bluetooth is off it will alert you to this and inform  you to turn it on for this stage. 

Turn on your Bluetooth by accessing the Bluetooth  settings, ensuring that it is allowed to be visible to  paired devices. 
Return to the Simply-Fi app. 
We now have a sequence of steps in order to activate the  product.
Follow the step by step process moving forward by  swiping the image or using the arrow above. 

Start by turning on your machine. If you haven’t used  your machine yet, select your desired language first and  press set. 
Turn the dial to select the Wifi option. 
Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds. The  machine will lock itself and will display “WIFI settings”  on the display. 
Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds once again.  There will be 2 options, “Easy Enrollment” or “Standard  Enrollment”. For this process we will be using Easy  Enrollment.

Press and release SET on the machine, and the display  will show “connecting”. 
Back onto the app, press the arrow button to move on. 
The app will now try to connect to your home router and  ask you for your password. 

Enter your home Wifi password. 
Press confirm. 

The connection process will begin and the app will allow  up to 6 minutes to complete. 
If it fails to connect, please check your router for any  issues or the distance to the router itself. 

The appliance set up should now be complete. 

Click START to finish the enrollment. 

The product is now connected and ready to use with the  app.

Worse washer ever.... works fine only if you start it from your phone, but once you did it and change the phone, no way to add it on the new one. Any idea how to reset it or connect to more than one device?!?

Useless piece of crap. The more modern machines get the lame they become. It’s taking me more than 5 minutes to connect it to the internet and my internet is fine by its requirements. I wpuld advice all of you to stick to the old washing machines with buttons. Because even the touch doesn’t work after a while. Just like mine. A total waste of money.
