Import an ESRI REST layer into QGIS

Sometimes you see a map layer on the internet, sort of, but can't quite figure out how to get it into QGIS. For ArcGIS ESRI REST layers, you can import them into QGIS super-fast and then save them to your preferred format. It may take a while if you choose the same dataset as me though!
