For during videos if you don't want it to go to sleep, in settings, display and brightness, auto-lock - never.

I'd switch it back after recording tho so the battery life is better.

I like your consistency. There was a minute where things just seemed to keep happening but you kept moving forward and the envelopes are filling right up. How encouraging!
