Here’s some advice for coming out to your family
1: Don’t do it during something really serious, like a family reunion or going out for dinner.

2: Do it when you feel ready. It’s never good to do it when you’re not ready.

3: Make sure everyone is in a good mood. It someone is mad, things might go wrong.

4: Try to be calm. I recommend take big a few quiet deep breath’s.

5: Dine someone who will support you no matter what. If your family doesn’t support you, try to have someone to go to.

Lastly, don’t be too obvious. If you make it too obvious they it might not go the way you want or need it to go

I’ve grown up with severely transphobic and homophobic parents, and some advice I should give is listen for any mentions about the lgbtq+, especially phone calls. If you hear anything negative, maybe wait a bit and get more information. If they accept the community, you can probably come out. Some ways to do so is by text messaging. Talking online is usually easier. You may need some courage to do so, though. If that is not available, try to ask a family member or nearby friend to tell your parents. Hope this helps!
