Does MD/MS help you enter Specialty Training in the UK?

Does completing MD/MS from India help you enter specialty training in the UK? Is there any advantage of spending 3 years of your life doing MD or MS if your ultimate goal is to work in the UK ? Please watch this video to know the answers.
