does like just downloading it illegal? I think that if Sega sues you for just downloading it you would win since you are just downloading it you aren't using it etc. (THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION)

Can I make cosplays for the character outfits and sell them? I know that there are cosplays out there but I just wanted to double check because the outfits and characters are limited to the game and I don’t want to make a cosplay illegally.
