2) posession letter
Allotment number
Owner name
Flat number
If not same then reallotment letter and agreement to sell

3) Car parking allotment letter

4) receipt of payments

5) building completion & occupancy certificate

6) conveyance deed

7) Sale deed

8) mortgage letter if home loan taken

9) tax receipts

10) share certificate

11) Encumbrance certificate

12) Bank noc if loan from previous owner

13) utility bills as electricity, water

14)final tax paid receipt and building noc as no maintenance pending

15) mutation certificate in our name

Can't believe you made no mention to check layout plan approval. That's the first thing to check. Most don't have approved maps.

Mine is a TDR flat and we do not have a possession letter from the builder. It's been more than 15 years. Now when we visited the builder he said he has given all docs to society and if we want from the builder then we will have to pay him his fees which is about 50k. Is there any way to get the possession letter without any such huddle
