M4SC Overview - Getting Started

An overview of the next evolution of SCOR - M4SC - was shared in our webinar July 18, 2013.

"Well managed supply chains aren't run with projects, they are managed with integrated, layered executive functions. Our membership has been asking for the next stage of evolution of SCOR application beyond projects, and our response is M4SC," says Joseph Francis, Executive Director of SCC.

The current release of the M4SC framework is organized around four distinct sets of planning/execution activities common in many supply chain organizations, and is integrated with the overall business strategy/planning environment of a company.
