While not one of the heftiest pop albums you'll hear all year, Salvation is still a bunch of pretty great songs.

Rebecca Black got the same rating as Lady Gaga’s last album. In terms of Fantano scores at least, imagine batting the same numbers as your idol. I hope she sees this review (which I bet she will, given how chronically online it seems she is. Her marketing run for this album was crazy), and feels proud of how far she’s come. I can feel proud for her. I really like this album a lot. And short is short but I want to hear more. Either a newer longer album or a deluxe. Keep killing it!

I saw Rebecca Black live recently on this current tour having heard basically none of her music but hearing the buzz around her the last couple years, incredible stage presence and some real hype songs. It is a wonder why she isn't more popular given her fitting in with the current crop of hyperpop inspired female artists recently, idk. Worth going to a Rebecca Black show if you get the chance and want something that feels half charli xcx, half eurovision song contest.

I'm just a random gay nobody but I really really encourage people to listen to this album / EP, it's a solid 7 track experience with literally no skips, I was pretty much blown away by it. The first 3 tracks alone have been on constant repeat ever since the album came out, and the closer ' Twist the Knife' is going to get SO much play when Halloween comes around. This girl deserves so much more play than she's getting, and I think a lot of people have a hard time breaking past the "oh it's that Friday girl" thing. The best thing is - she's in on the joke - she performs the song at her shows, plays it at her DJ sets, she's camp as hell and just a really, REALLY fun and interesting performer right now. I found this to be the most satisfying pop release of the year so far, and I wasn't even a fan of hers before it came out, it literally had that big of an impact on me after I got into it!
