The most underrated openings out of the whole list is definitely the ones for Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu. The first season is my favorite anime of all time.

What I like about this is that it shines light on so many anime that we don't talk about enough. It shows all the diversity that anime has to offer. It even made me want to watch some anime I did know before.
