Is it possible to drive in Paris without your hands on the wheel? With Valeo Drive4U autonomous driving demo car, it is possible! Watch how our demo car for autonomous driving performed in real-life conditions in the heart of Paris.

With the second-highest possible level of automation (4 out of 5), this demonstration vehicle can "see" 360° thanks to its four peripheral cameras, its front vision camera, its four radars and its dozen ultrasonic sensors placed throughout the vehicle.

It is also equipped with eight Valeo SCALA® laser scanners, allowing it to navigate in tunnels, parking lots or other environments where the GPS signal might be lost. Valeo is the first company that put on the market a LiDAR dedicated for the automotive industry.

Valeo Drive4U demo car, with its artificial intelligence (AI), can process all the information gathered by the vehicle's sensors in real time and make decisions without compromising the safety of its passengers or other road users.
