It is a wonderful decision. We know that criminals will carry guns regardless of what the law says . Nobody disputes this.
Why in the world should a *law-abiding citizen be restricted from carrying a gun* ? The Second Amendment is clear on this.

Clarence Thomas is getting “we the people” back for going after his best friend, Ginni, for her part she played in the violent attack on the Capitol on January 6th. Justice Thomas never recused himself from making the decision on the issue, when he should have.

This ruling is regarding CCW rights. In order to obtain a CCW one needs to undergo an extensive background check, attend a class, pass a shooting competency test, pass a written exam and pay your fees. Name ONE mass shooting perpetrated by someone with a CCW. I'll wait...

Criminals will still be prosecuted if D.A.s in cities choose to. This ruling does not affect criminals who don't follow gun laws ever. Criminals will still carry whatever they want.

The Supreme Court got this one right. Concealed carry of handguns is not contributing to mass shootings. This coverage has an insane bias. Congress needs to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines again if we want to see fewer mass shootings. But if you ask me, no one should have to prove their need for a weapon. That’s the government judging you instead of regulating you. Regulations include things like universal background checks & age restrictions.
