How to get Weight Forward? Beginner Kitefoiling Tips

It can be easy to say to a new kitefoiler - "Get more weight forwards!" - but how do you actually do that? Many find they take their front hand off the bar to make this happen but it makes controlling the kite far hard, can put other parts of your body into the wrong position and result in other issues in the future.
So in this video I'm gonna show you 2 key techniques you can use that will have the same affect and allow you to get lots of weight forward. A vital skills you need for riding both off the foil and when up and foiling.
