Make sure you get enough vitamin D and zinc if vaccinated or unvaccinated. This helped to reduce symptoms for all the other viruses. This is what many doctors have said. I said from the very beginning when the first vaccines were available that shots would not stop at just one or two. Imagine what this is doing to immune systems.
