Whatsapp has changed and updated, your message can not be read by their data base, what's app cannot even read if they wanted to, unless you are being watched by the big big boys, which in that case, they are cloning your phone, you have not a worry.

How is whatsapp supposed to know if your messages with somebody are sensitive or not without peeking into your chats?
