Another strategy is to heal your teammates until you get your ult, and repeat until you get the trophy

Finally got it with the help of two other friends.
They got it as well.
All in one day.
What you want to do is simple.
Have two tanks receive damage and try to heal them through the matrix.
Got it in like 4 ultimates in Hanamura while attacking.
The lucky factor is for them to receive damage at the same time you heal them.
That is it.
Attack matches are safer as you have more control.

A note for anyone trying this window of opportunity one. Don't forget Healing COUNTS as well. (I'd actually recommend u heal instead of go for damage. Let the damage part go to your bastions, soldiers, ashes or your team. Heal the tanks and it counts towards the 2500. Remember just don't die. I got it with one friend. It was me (Baptiste, my friend was soldier, rein, dva, ana, and genji). I just got lucky that the tanks were taking lots of damage and just kept healing them through the barrier. So I’m confused. The trophy says damage and healing without dying. Does that mean that you have to get 2500 for damage and heals or can you just get 2500 heals with no damage. This really confuses me
