This is so sweet! My son's are plant based and my youngest, who has never eaten meat, loves watching your videos and seeing a vegan male chef! He will sit next to me while I edit (I'm a photographer) and cuddle up watching these! It's so much better than stuff kids are watching his age and now he has started to ask me if he could help me cook! This may be my new favorite video and I can't wait to share it with my son!

Thank you so much for the inspiration! I made this for my husband tonight (he helped to assemble each ravioli) and it was just DELICIOUS! I didn’t have any wild garlic near me, so I used a combination of spinach, green onion, parsley and garlic cloves to approximate the flavor for the filling and it was just magnificent! Thank you for sharing and inspiring us :)
