After Jason gets his revenge by killing the Joker because joker killed Batman, he gets arrested and taken to prison at least in this ending

Putting a Batman or a Robin in prison for life is the worst thing you can do. Nothing to lose anymore. Criminals would get killed or beat near death daily.
