Shame Super Mario Bros X wasn't mentioned, it was pretty much Super Mario Maker before it even came into existence and had SO MUCH CUSTOMIZATION that people are still making new campaigns for that game.

Where the hell is Mushroom Kingdom Fusion!? It's not done (still in development), but it's certainly A LOT closer to finishing then the Super Mario Bros Super Show game (which is just concepts). And seriously, "Mario is Missing? Done Right!"? I've played plenty of better SMW Romhacks.

(Also looks like "Super Mario Brawl" took MKF's Waluigi sprites for their fangame; can't blame them, Obreck and Del did a great job on them)

Mario is Missing Done Right has to be the best fan game, but Waluigi’s Taco Stand is the ultimate gaming experience. I picture Jim Carrey as Waluigi selling tacos

Doom: The Golden Souls looks like what you’d get if you crossed an FPS with a 3D Platformer. I really hope someone out there could make an official game for Steam that runs on this concept.

Yoshi's Safari is the closest you'll get to a first person Mario shooter (that game is a rail shooter).
